EARLY ARRIVALS: Please make advance arrangements if you plan to arrive at the grounds before Friday.

CHECK IN / VET INSPECTION:
Please
have a copy of original horse registration papers available.
OPEN RIDING: There is a separate indoor warm up pen and also a very large outdoor arena. Open Riding will be permitted whenever the arena is not scheduled.
STALLING & CAMPING FEES:
$15.00 Stall per night per horse
$12.50 Environmental Fee per horse
Payment of Stall Fee(s) due with final installment. Shavings available for purchase.
Onsite camping availabl. Limited electric hook-ups available at $18/night.
 OUTDOOR TRAILER PENS : $55/day
(Fee includes 2 horses per trailer, extra horses @ $20/day)
Pens should be max. 12' out from trailer. Both sides of trailer may be used if more than 2 horses. You must have a secure pen (no tying w/out pen).
No pre-payment, jst let us know in advance if you prefer an outdoor space or may wish to change from stalls to outdoor if possible (send email or put on entry form).
For safety reasons, we request that someone be staying in your trailer if you have horses penned with it.
Please note the facility is in the middle of the city. All precaution must be taken to avoid horses getting loose, hence the requirement for secure pens. There is a nightclub/bar on site, so there may be unsupervised public walking traffic at night.
Race For The Cure / jackpot participants are not required to have a stall if not staying overnight. $5.00/horse grounds fee will be charged for any horse participating but not requiring a stall. |
